A satisfying experience in problem solving with the administrative part of AT&T, ie billing at the AT&T store on University Ave in Madison Wisconsin. Resolved the issue competently and without contentiousness, which I experienced in a different store previously.

Astounding experience with the manager - Benjamin. Generally not a fan of ATT but Benjamin made all the difference in the world. He had out issues fixed in 10 minutes and saved us a big chunk of money on our bill.
