I went to the preferred counter expecting faster service, but instead ended up with an Avis representative who seemed more confused than helpful. After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally received the rental keys.
To make matters worse, the car assigned to me hadn’t been washed, vacuumed, or even wiped down.
