I went to the preferred counter expecting faster service, but instead ended up with an Avis representative who seemed more confused than helpful. After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally received the rental keys.
To make matters worse, the car assigned to me hadn’t been washed, vacuumed, or even wiped down.

Couldn't get a SUV, or any choice in cars at all, also when asked about dropping off at another location was told it was $5,200. Which was a laugh, I could of just bought a car. BUT, at least unlike Hertz, they were open and staffed and got me a car.

I need to give a big shout out the woman working on Sunday, May 5th, 2024 in the early afternoon. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but I forgot my cane in the rental car, and she ran all the way out to get it. I'm so thankful to her.
