“I used to frequent the MacArthur in St. Paul off of wycliff and I was worried about how the Wisconsin side of things would run. So far I've been nothing but impressed. I'm sure I'll be back many many times in the future, so let's hope things stay this way.”
“Typical Wisconsin people. Very friendly ( as long as they had beer previous night) easy unloading. That's why I live in WI for 25 years because people have refined manners. Young man who unloaded my truck was more than what I can put in words.”
“Very nice people. In and out quickly. Finally purchased one of the most affordable parts I could ever get from this company I only had to pay $25.00 that was the least expensive ever. This is a good company they can get you anything you need for your caterpillar.”

“I was in Madison from out of town. My town has no mask mandates and as such I had none on me. My family couldn't go in anywhere even to eat. I saw this Home Depot nearby so I went there to buy a pack. After a little searching, I asked an associate (I didn't catch his name). He showed me the masks and asked if those wouls work. I explained my situation and he had me follow him to the front. he opened a pack they keep at the entrance for people and took a small handful out and gave them to me. Such a bright spot on an otherwise pretty awful day. Definitely turned things around for my family.”

“I am in Alaska and as a contractor it is hard to find suppliers that are helpful because we are out of the way and not the biggest contractors in the United States but I met a Mr. Cowan at the Edmonds branch and he has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and respectful. If you need something ask for Mr. Cowan best business dealings you will ever have.”
“Drew and his people are great. Everyone I’ve met there is focused on keeping businesses moving and making sure you get what you’re really paying for. Jay is a great resource and Brandy has awesome service.”
