“I think a lot of the issues that people have with Budget are not the fault of this location. The corporate phone numbers and support are worthless, but again, that's not the fault of the people at this location.I was originally charged an extra day for my rental and after calling the corporate customer support number four different times, I found that they were all helpless. So, I called this location (where I dropped my truck off) and the kind person who answered solved my problem within five minutes.Would've been five stars if I wasn't charged the extra day, but they were very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly, so 4/5.”
“Rented a 1 way moving truck here recently and the truck size I booked was basically unavailable due to damages and needed repairs. Was upgraded to a larger size, which was actually not needed. Thanks to Justin at this location, we were able to do a local shuffle and we’re set up with a truck that was perfect for my needs. “Five stars to Budget at the Madison airport! Courteous staff, spotless and reliable cars, and truly above-and-beyond service. They even tracked down my lost item and mailed it back to me pure honesty and kindness in action!”
“I don't own a vehicle but one weekend a month I rent a car to run errands and I always choose this location. There has been issues just about every visit. This last time for example my reservation was cancelled. I didn't cancel it so I don't know why it happened but I was able to make another reservation for the same price so it was fine. Other times what I was charged didn't match what my confirmation said it would be and I've gotten a car that was almost on empty. The reason I still rent here is Korinthia. She is always the one working when I rent and she is very kind and always has a smile on her face. She reassures that any issue will be fixed and if it can't be fixed at check-in, she always resolves the issue the day after I drop the car back off. Any monetary discrepancy I have she tells me will be fixed after drop off, and it always is! Never questions any issues I've told her about, instead she takes care of it and it is much appreciated. My one critique is there really needs to be a manger available until closing time. Because of my job, I always rent on fridays at 515pm-ish. They are open til 5:30 but a manager isn't available after 5pm. I think many of the problems that I've had could be solved faster or at pickup if there was a manger at least available by phone until they actually close.”

“My car died in Wisconsin Dells; had to be towed to Madison WI to a dealer for repair. I then needed a one-way rental to Arlington Heights IL. Emily Cartland assisted me because Enterprise was out of one-way rentals that day. She called several competitors and found me a rental @ a competitor and then drove me 10 miles to pick up my car. No revenue, simply good old-fashioned excellent customer service. Thanks East Park Enterprise and especially Emily!!”
