Paul was absolutely outstanding — not only did he help us get the best possible price, but he stayed late on a Saturday just to make sure every detail of our order was perfect and that we could get everything placed on time. You don’t find that kind of customer service often anymore!
I also want to give a big shoutout to Steve, who was the first person I spoke with — professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy from the beginning.

“My experience was really good! Since I was early ine of the sales lady got me stared on looking at samples(sorry I can't remember your name) but you were awesome. My sales man Grant was very helpful and didn't push things onto me. I said I want this no samples I know what I want. Installation guy (sorry didn't catch the name) awesome guy)!! & awesone job!! On time did the job & he was on his way to the next job!! This dude needs a raise!! I gave it 4 because there was a big lag of communication on getting some one here. But over all. I will remeber this awesome opportunity to get really good carpet! Highly recommend. Sorry so long!!”
