The phone system sucks. I hate that I can't call and talk with someone, I have to leave a voicemail every time and just hope I get a call back. CVS is going downhill. It's honestly not the people who work there, this is obviously a corporate problem. Corporate DO BETTER.

Transferred my cats meds here because goodrx had a cheaper option for the meds. The pharmacist wouldn’t honor it, and wouldn’t even try to put it in. When I asked her if she could check if the coupons matched she just said “it’s only a couple dollar difference”, it was a $20 dollar difference. Do not go thru this location. Only one person working and she is not kind nor helpful.

The vaccine experience was fine, a 5, but the cost of items in the store is honestly a ripoff.

Took 4+ days for test strips.After 48 hours, they said they'd expedite it but didn't answer or call back when I called / left voicemails.
When I finally got ahold of them, they blamed me even though I had stopped by multiple times and left multiple voicemails asking and was told it was not ready. CVS website still said it was in process as well.
The time prior I waited 48 hours, swung in before having to go out of town, and switched it to a CVS pharmacy in the location I was heading too and they had it ready in under an hour.
Switching to a different pharmacy ASAP.

Tried calling about 10X across 3 days. Stayed on hold for probably about 2 hours total. Cut my loss and called Costco - they picked up immediately.

Excellent care here! I have spoken with many techs and pharmacists here and while I do not know everyone’s name(sorry) since Jan 2023 I am especially really impressed. I am a frequent flyer here unfortunately so it means so much they have things ready for me and if not, they explain so kindly and quickly help. Will continue to comeback. (Note: the gate for the cvs pharmacy was broken for months and I felt so bad for the team here. I imagine why some quit.)

After visiting this pharmacy for almost a year, I will now be avoiding it until improvements are made. Pharmacy staff have been great: competent, personable, hardworking. However, my sense is that they are working in a relentless, profit-over-all-other-considerations corporate setting that makes their work increasingly difficult. Often, only a single person is working; the pharmacy may, or may not be, actually open during its advertised business hours. On my last visit, a medication delivery person was waiting outside, and mentioned that this frustration (no one there to accept the meds) is not uncommon. Worth noting: this CVS is completely independent from its host, Target.

Ever since Charlie left and their top pharmacy technician left things have gone from bad to worse. Can’t get through on the phone and never enough help at the store. Latest is giving out prescriptions that expire after 5 months when it’s supposed to be a year. When asked I was told it’s my responsibility to check dates before accepting prescriptions even though they knowingly printed their own sticker on box that was incorrect. Manager said to bad so sad. Seems unethical. Got no where requesting new replacement. Waiting for CVS Corporate to respond.

We have been long time pharmacy customers but will be changing as soon as possible. As others have stated, since the staffing change, meds are not ready, staff is at bare minimum and overworked and obviously stressed. I've been on hold for over an hour now waiting to check on a prescription.

Meds are never ready, I’ve been to the store three times today to get an antibiotic, absolutely ridiculous. One person filling meds, assisting customers and answering the phones. Transferring to a new pharmacy. Pharmacy went downhill when Charlie left.

WORST HOLD MUSIC. INTENTIONALLY USES THE WORST MUSIC AND RECORDING TO MAKE THE CALLER WANT TO NOT STAY ON HOLD. I WORK FOR A CLINIC THAT HAS TO MAKE MULTIPLE CALLS TO PHARMACIES AND LITERALLY DREAD CALLING CVS. THIS LOCATION NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, ANSWERS THEIR PHONES. NEVER.

This has been my pharmacy for years, they've always been so helpful, caring, and accurate. Beware, the staff has changed, Charlie is no longer there and the pharmacy has made 3 mistakes in my meds since his leaving. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new pharmacy.
