Ordered online and used $15 of my rewards, when I made a return I was told I would not be refunded the $15. Was given option to discount item in store but I shop online because my size is only in store if someone else made a return. I looked around and didn’t find anything so I asked for help finding stuff in store and was basically told they me they can’t help me find it and I’d need to dig around.Disappointing experience, you’d think for how much they charge they could afford to kick me a gift certificate.

Good collection of clothing. Great quality. The store has a variety to choose from. A little bit pricey but you will get quality products. The store employees are very helpful to their customers. Would definitely visit again.

Eddie Bowers is one of my favorite places to get outdoors clothes. They can be a bit pricier, but have generally good styles, and their clothes are well made and durable. When I get something, I know I'll be able to use it for a while.This location is well maintained and clean, with their products kept very orderly in the store. In the back are their clearance sections, which can hold some real gems.

I just bought a new roller duffle for flying and love it. After 7 flights it's still like new. Very easy to roll and to pack. The various pockets make sense and all get used.I almost got the bigger size but liked the color of the Expedition 30 the most. It easily fits a weeks worth of clothes and supplies as I mostly live in hotels. It's very light weight and with everything I like to pack I'm still under 50lbs.
