I don't shop here normally but my boyfriend and I were looking for fleece lined pants. Jess was super helpful and took extra steps to help me with navigating the store. She was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to get me an amazing deal on exactly what I was looking for!

This is such a nice EB store! I had an issue (my fault!) with a return, Jessica was extremely helpful, made a phone call to customer service and got the issue resolved. They had a great selection of merchandise, and even better a 40% off of everything sale. Great customer service!
