“Dr. Miran and staff really know and care. Best clinic out of all unity point health. This is the type of place where they know you by your first name and rarely have to wait for the nurse to call you in.Almost like old world Wisconsin small town doctor, in a decent size city rather. A lot of people want that small town feel, personal, above and beyond type thing...this is it.You know real fast good care vs just care when you have ailments like I have. Many physicians, physical therapists, *pain specialists*, and most were sub par in the quality of care. I truly recommend if you can go to this clinic to keep it as a very reasonable option because this is the definition of patient care and treatment.Thanks west wash clinic”

“The best urgent care ever! The wait time was long, but I feel it is because people abuse the system. Urgent care is flooded with non-urgent matters and therefore leads to longer wait times. I don't mind the wait. The doctors are attentive and actually listen to me. UW Health has never let me or my family down before. Keep up the great work!”

“My mom goes to SSM Health/Dean for all of her medical needs. Staff has always been very nice and accommodating. She's had one doctor for the longest and have just recently gotten a new PCP because her old one left the facility to pursue a new opportunity in another state (I believe). Anyway, they were able to set her up with a new PCP very quickly. My mother has been to this facility ever since I was a small child, I'm 29 now and she still comes to Dean. I don't believe she's been with any other facility. SSM health/Dean has always been able to accommodate all of my mom needs medically, physically, and emotionally. Especially because my mother doesn't speak that good of English. There's always an interpreter scheduled for every appointment and they'll even have an interpreter on the line when leaving a voice message for my mother. It's very nice and convenient because I have 5 other siblings and we all help out with taking my mom to her appointments. So it's nice to have information available regarding my mother's care. Keep up the good work!”

She is a wholesome, caring, and kind nurse who made me feel 10x better after having a very rough morning.”
