“The best urgent care ever! The wait time was long, but I feel it is because people abuse the system. Urgent care is flooded with non-urgent matters and therefore leads to longer wait times. I don't mind the wait. The doctors are attentive and actually listen to me. UW Health has never let me or my family down before. Keep up the great work!”
“I have been going to this office & receiving care from Max Kemnitzer since moving to the area two years ago. Getting care established at the office was easy & as of recently getting in for sick appointments is usually possible within a day or two-saving costs vs going to urgent care. His office staff- especially the med tech that I usually interact with- I think their name is Anastasia- they are always friendly and attentive- in person & through MyChart messaging. Max is the same- very easy to talk to- knowledgeable without being condescending. I’ve always felt comfortable in the office as a queer person. If you live downtown around the capital this is an easy location to walk to as well!”
