Except for the FedEx answering machine fiasco, everything else is great.
Just go to the store and talk to a person. They are as courteous and accommodating as can be.

We printed all of our wedding paper at FedEx. The self service printer was easy to use. When we needed help, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was reasonable.

Struggled to print a poster. The manager seemed to be unable to operate the printer and relied heavily on the staff person. Office appeared very inexperienced beyond shipping.

Each time I spend time entering information on the website to ship something, I get an error at the last step. I have gone to the store for help and they tell me I have a business account. However, the website says I do not. The 800# is a useless bot that refuses to help me because I do not have an account number. When on the website, it says I need an account and when I try to set it up, it doesn't work. When I go to the store, they say I have to do it online. And I'm in an endless circle. I've tried to use FedEx for over a year and every time it does not work and there is NO customer service. If I call the local office, they tell me to go online. If I go online, they say I need an account.

I came in needing help with an international shipment and was disappointed with the customer service I received from Brandon. While other employees took the time to assist me and answer my questions, Brandon was dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked him a question, he gave a basic, uninterested response and made no effort to assist further. His attitude came across as rude, and it made the experience frustrating. I appreciated the effort from the other staff, but Brandon’s lack of professionalism stood out in a negative way.

Needed to fax something. Had never done it before. Employee was patronizing. Apparently I was putting him out. Will go to ups from now on.

Extremely uncomfortable experience with staff on 1/18 had to leave within a minute of stopping in because the guy at the front desk was horribly condescending and making faces at me. Never been treated like that by a stranger ever.

Pure experience, I will report a front disk person, the short guy he put a beanie all the time, It doesn't work and doesn't help, why do you put people who don't give a great costumer service, and when I try to report him he answers at my call !!!!
