It is very strange to come to FedEx and find someone so friendly and willing to help. I came today (Saturday) and Spencer was able to help me with the BEST attitude ever, giving me options and recomendation about the job that I need to print. I hope that dthis attitude and professionalism be contagious ;-)

Had a frustrating experience with using the scanner and the printer services on the printer. I was trying to scan something with multiple pages (around 20) but the scanner often froze after a couple of pages, so had to restart and break the work into different sections, person at the desk was not helpful during this process.
