Frustrating experience printing trifold brochures for our business. The website had limited options for printing (didn’t see a full-bleed option or different paper options) and the end product was of poor quality, so we werent able to use what we ordered.When I went in, I asked if they could reprint on a better quality paper with full-bleed and provide a refund for the initial order, and they weren’t willing to provide that. They admitted that the website wasn’t easy to navigate and that it was hard to find the options I was looking for, yet they didn’t take ownership of the mistake. They said I should’ve been able to figure it out (as a first time customer), since other people have.The customer service felt cold and lacked empathy.

The assistant manager Matt was the only one in the store. He did an amazing job of helping every single customer to the best of his ability. He's probably the main reason this store is even open. He deserves a raise!

fedex deliver package by leaving it outside of the mail room rather than putting it in the mail room. Have lost 2 packages in this summer.

They didn’t explain the shipping process and had me waiting assuming I knew a specialized email address from memory to use for the label sending. Had me waiting extra 10 min for that and working on other things while there were 2 of them and no other customers in shop. No explanation about why.

The store website, google maps page, and automated answering machine all state the store is open on Sunday 12pm-6pm. I arrive to the store at 445pm on Sunday 08/13/23 and the store is closed with no sign or other indication on why. If your store hours are no longer relevant due to staffing then communicate that somehow, so costumers don’t waste their time. I drove 2 hours to pick up a package because I was in town and now there is no way for me to get it without having to make the 2 hours drive again within the 5 day holding period. Really really really frustrating situation to be put in.

Waited ~25 mins just to drop off a pre-labeled package and get a receipt. Cleary understaffed. Unfriendly service, no apology for long wait time. If you’re coming here, be prepared to wait.

Arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and the store wasn’t open like the site and the hours posted on the store window. Waited and attempted to call with no response or answering machine. Went to UPS instead - at least they’re open when they say they are.

Great service & copies are always good. Copy price has gone up but worth it if you need copies.

Waited and waited. Just wanted to ship a package. Poor guy behind the counter was in training and basically left to fend for himself. Not good! Left without being helped.
