100% delivery failure rate on 1st attempt and LIEs attempting to deliver. I have to resort to driving across town after 5:45 PM to personally pick up the item every time I get a package.Absolute nightmare whenever a signature is required for delivery. Without fail, they fail to find me at home - I wonder if they would find me if they actually attempted to deliver and buzzed my doorbell even once. Every time same story.Given how poor their support is and how easily their drivers blatantly LIE about attempting a delivery, I wouldn't be surprised if they come to my apartment building at their convenience and expect me to be standing in the lobby or outside the building to get them to "find" me.

My delivery driver Tequilla is amazing. She is thoughtful and efficient. She goes above and beyond to deliver packages safely. And did I mention friendly? She yes she is. I live on the East side of Madison and had the best service. Thank you!

"Last pickup" on FedEx website for Kinsman office by Madison airport says 8pm, but according to the counter rep the guy last picks up packages at 5:45pm to take to the airport.So if you miss that time, it sits there till the next night at 5:45pm! At least according to tracking that's what mine did, after I drove 20 miles to get it there by 7pm.

since I get delivery notifications from fedex about my delivery I waited and waited and I never received it. not sure what is the problem because fedex sent me delivery notifications daily. poor service

Kudos to Mark Jackson, FedEx contractor for Black Land, who drove down my driveway but decided to turn around in my yard right on top of my septic system/leech field.Now I have to deal with a claim, pay out of pocket for an inspection/repair and wait for FedEx to drag their feet on satisfying this claim.Great job on training your driver's on why you stay on hard surface/ improved surfaces in rural environments.Absolutely the worst delivery company out there!!!

Absolutely awful customer support. I live in an apartment building and was home all day when they came. They never rang my apartment or attempted to call my number to see if I could sign. They left me a door tag to sign on 6/12, I saw and signed it 6/13 and left it up multiple days. I was called by the shipper and told I had to pick it up at a center half an hour away and I have to pick it up. So I call today and said "If I leave the tag on the door, can someone try and deliver it again?" He says no, I need to pick it up because they tried to deliver 3 times. I said do you have the dates? He tells me attempts were made 6/10, 6/12, and 6/13. I said well they didn't leave me the tag until 6/12 and I had it up 6/13-6/17. That's ridiculous. He said there's nothing they can do. Absolutely awful that I have to waste my time and money to go get this package that is for medical reasons so I have no choice! Will definitely be informing my doctor's office of this and anyone that wants to use FedEx in this area!Update: called and asked for supervisor. Talked to him about situation, he said he would contact the location the package was being held at and should be able to have them reattempt. Then he calls back and says they can't do it because the shipper told them to hold it at that specific location. I find this ridiculous because they (shipper) had called and said I had to pick it up, not as if I had a choice. However, the supervisor was very kind and nice and tried his best to help me so I did raise my rating to 2 stars. Still upset and told him they need to train their delivery drivers to actually ring the bell or give people more than a day to sign the tag (or don't come at the crack of dawn.)

Benjamin W. delivered a package to my business yesterday and went above and beyond when I asked if he could help me track down a personal package that had been in transit for awhile. Although this was not part of his job, he took down my tracking and contact info to see what he could find back at the warehouse, after I had tried calling with no success. Today I open my email to a message from him saying that it was mistakenly on a hold shelf and he moved it to the correct place to be sent for delivery. His email was very polite and professional, and he apologized for the mix-up. Ben's above and beyond customer service made my delayed FedEx package frustrations disappear.

I had a package that in error was coming 2 days later. Dan and Rosie really helped me. The customer service was excellent as I know finding a package on a truck wasn't easy. They found it and called me back right away to let me you I could come and get it. Thank you!!

Automated service does not have the info I need and no matter what I do it will not allow me to talk to a real person. This is a horrible way to treat customers and it shows how much this company cares.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Tracker said out for delivery on Thursday, no package, tracker said out for delivery on Friday, no package, tracker said delayed. Tracker says out for delivery Saturday( today) before 3pm. It is now 4pm. Called their 800 number. Automated system would not put me through to a customer service representative. My order is for automotive parts. My truck is laid up until the parts come. FedEx is totally useless. Not the first time I've had problems. Damage a package of siding trim three months ago. Most useless shipping company I know of.

Fedex has fallen so far from what they once were. From being the gold standard of next day and tracking systems to be less reliable than competitors. In addition, like other reviews in my area, the drivers are either over worked or unwilling to deliver to the door. Recently I had packages out in the open leaning against my garage door. Glad I didnt open it without knowing and letting them scratch my door and fall to the ground or hit a car. So disappointed and will set preferences with vendors to use a competitor instead.

My new favorite drop off location! The fellas working we’re nice and it was a pleasant experience. If you’re not a fan of the mean lady from the e wash fed ex store, this location will solve your package drop off related needs.

Absolutely terrible. Drivers are dropping off packages in front of the garage instead of by the front door/covered front porch. Packages are getting wet and damaged. I have tried calling their customer services but they are absolutely useless and don’t offer any help/resolution.
