Ive been waiting for over 10 days with my package being delayed in the Madison hub with nobody giving an explanation as to why this has happened way to much and to he honest their service has tanked since the past 2 years and yet dont change their fees to offset the lack in service

Employees are so helpful, but the issue is, why do i need to create an account to ship something with a return envelope? why not just pay for that in store and make life easier!! I went to USPS and they helped me with that in 5 minutes.
