Fedex added on their own that my package needed to be signed for, then they faked a delivery attempt and left a sticker outside my apartment complex door.

It’s interesting…nearly all of the 5-start reviews were posted pre-Covid and nearly all of the 1-star reviews were post-Covid…so obviously something changed at FedEx (at least in Madison). I cannot think of a single positive FedEx experience that I have had during the past 5 years. The most recent one is today. I have a package that requires a signature, so I am sitting at home waiting for it to arrive. When it arrived at the destination sort facility in Madison on Sunday for a scheduled Tuesday delivery I was optimistic…and then I waited all day Tuesday…nothing. Wednesday morning I received an update saying it would be delivered today…and here I sit, again. Two full days, wasted. Thanks FedEx

The drivers get worse and worse out of the Madison location. Yesterday my husband witnessed the driver toss a package clearly marked ‘GLASS’ from the TRUCK TO OUR DRIVEWAY! He never even got out of the FedEx truck. If there was a way to order from a company and know that they ship via FedEx, I would not order from that company due to this kind of lack of caring and crappy work ethics of these drivers.

Shipping said out of delivery. Then got notification that an attempt was made to deliver package at 12:27pm and that business was closed so that didn't drop it off. We have been open from 7:30am till 6pm tonight with 30 plus employees. No attempt was made to make the delivery so that driver lied to skip the drop off. Attempted to call customer service and they were zero help.

Tried to deliver my package to someone else. Can’t seem to get their heads out of their you know where. Wish I only got ups deliveries but unfortunately stuck with stupid fed ex.

Worst delivery company ever!!! Purposely tayed home from work on a Monday as I was expecting a large package that I didn't want sitting outside my house all day. Notification from Fed Ex said it would arrive between 1:30-3:30pm. It didn't show. Notified it would still be coming that day. Never did. Got a new notification that it would now be coming Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around - this time we can see on delivery tracking that the Fed Ex truck is literally a couple blocks from our house, so we assume it is coming. Nope! We get a notification that the delivery has been pushed back yet another day even though the truck was just a few streets down from us. We call to complain. They say the package ended up on the wrong truck and the driver couldn't deliver it (whatever that means). Now its Wednesday (today) - again we get notification it is coming. Then we get a notification that delivery was attempted but nobody was home so its being pushed ANOTHER day. Are you f'ing kidding me? We check our home cameras and confirm this is complete BS as a truck never attempted delivery at our house - so they basically lied. We also know that a signature is not required as we had the exact same item delivered from the same store last week and the item was left in front of the garage with no signature required. Called to complain yet again - they still swear it is coming today but will believe it when we see it. Unfortunately the store we ordered from uses Fed Ex but will NEVER use Fed Ex again - beyond ridiculous.

All day package sat at location, delivery status on FedEx app says 230-5 another says by 8pm for delivery which was funny since both said location of package said at local facility not in truck. Paid for two day delivery looks like min. of 4. This happens all to often with FedEx, FedEx freight has been great but ground is horrible. Tracking item goes from new England to TN then to WI. GET MORE HUBS! 2 Nation wide really?
