This FE facility is better than most. I was able to grab a clean shower in between loads... Nice staff.

Left a door tag and didn't attempt delivery. Called corporate, told to go pick up. Go to pick up, told to come back another day. Notified package was ready, went to go pick up left on the office phone for 90 minutes waiting for a response. Called corporate they don't know either. Still don't have the package.

Customer service is worthless. We have proof the driver made no effort to actually deliver the items
