For the past year we haven't been getting packages delivered because "somewhere" in our account it says we've moved. We have not moved, our address is correct. I've had to drive to the warehouse multiple times to get packages (1-hour round trip), I've created an online account to verify my address and put in delivery notes, I've talked to customer service every single time I've had a package not delivered with no resolution. I couldn't think less of a business at this point.

My package is lost and nobody has reached out to me. Hate to be this guy but it would be great to have somebody reach out.Update: package was never found. Still says out for delivery. Nobody contacted me like they were supposed to. I had to call back 3 times. Luckily the company that sells the item was willing to resend the package.... Terrible service. Oh not to mention another package was lost in this facility. Might want to take a look at cameras to see who is stealing peoples things.

Fedex Ground is by far the worst delivery company ever. We have a business, with security cameras, three time now the drive pulls into our lot then turns around a leaves. On camera 3 times, less than 14 seconds in our lot during business hours. Claims business is closed. This lazy POS driver just cost Fedex a good account. Want a real company ship UPS, Speedy, DHL hell strap it to a turtles back it will get to your destination faster than with fedex!

PayPal FedEx updates shows the Power Station IN CHICAGO and a delivery date of NEXT TUESDAY. FedEx Android app still shows TODAY as the delivery date, between 10a-2p. FedEx phone voice response insists delivery is today and REFUSES to connect me to a human (actually hung up on me when I insistently said "customer service representative.)" It's physically possible for it to travel from Chicago to the FedEx center in Madison then to my condo before 2p, but I think it highly unlikely. My delimma is how to get it as I leave TODAY on a camping trio and will be physically Up North 300 miles away. Cannot choose "Hold for Pickup Next Business Day" as I will not be home to go get it the next business day. This is not my first disappointing experience with FedEx. I so wish it were my last.

Driver lied and said he attempted delivery for a package I paid extra for quicker delivery...Still haven't received package 2 days later...Absolutely shameful...

If I could give this company negative score I would! Awful customer service. Fed Ex you need to do better!! Or be put out of business! People they hire must be the lowest form of human living to make nice people miserable!

I got an email that the package I must sign for would be here the next day, so I took the day off. This morning, I got another email saying it would be here tomorrow, which I cannot take off. The automated system won't let me make any changes to the delivery, or set to hold at the FedEx location for pickup, and any delivery instructions will take up to 24 hours to update. Automated attendant on the phone was not helpful and would not let me speak to an agent, and after the third time trying, it simply hung up on me. Customer service at FexEd has become horrible.

Horrible phone service from Nicole. She started off by doing her job fine but when I asked for a supervisor for better clarity she became hostile. I then proceeded to ask her for her name just so I could file a report and she hung up on me. I called right back and she answered thanks for calling fedex this is Nicole how can I help you? I said there we got your name it’s Nicole which you could have gave to me then she said I was harassing her ?♂️. I just wanted to know why my package was stuck in their facility for three days when I live 20 minutes away I could pick it up. It’s a $35,000 package and I have the right to be concerned.

Shipping Nightmare. I can't even put into words how big of a let down this hub has been, but I'm going to try. I ordered 4 wheels a couple weeks ago from a company who decided to use FedEx as their shipper. To my surprise, the wheels landed in Madison and were out for delivery after 3 days. I couldn't believe it.The day they were suppose to be delivered, an "operational delay" occurred. Ok fine. 1 day isn't bad. Next day..out for delivery..8pm rolls around. Wheels never show up and it's another operational delay. I opened a case which was absolutely useless and apparently they lost FOUR FIFTY POUND WHEELS! After dealing with expensive lost packages for 7 days. They finally found them and were out for delivery (nobody notified me that they found them, I had to check the tracking). FedEx driver shows up with 4 boxes...3 boxes had my wheels in them and 1 of the boxes WASN'T EVEN MY BOX! The wrong box had my shipping label and 1 of the 4 tracking #s on it but they mislabeled it! Well I told the FedEx driver I'm not accepting the package that is clearly not mine, so he took it back on the truck. The problem is he SCANNED the box that he took back with him so now all 4 wheels show they have been delivered. So now I'm stuck with 3 wheels, 1 missing wheel, and a useless call center that cannot help me at all. The company that sold me the wheels aren't going to do anything about the missing wheel. This has been a nightmare through and through. Nobody at FedEx cares about the customer or their packages. In the picture attached, the box that I'd circled red is the mislabeled box that they labeled as my 4th wheel. The box to the left is what the other 3 came in. Absolutely unbelievable.

Awful service. Was told my package would be delivered day after day for it to just to keep getting pushed back. Tracking said it was out for delivery when it clearly was not. When I called they said it was delayed due to weather. It’s sunny and no bad weather forecasted in the area. When I called they couldn’t even tell me where my package was but it would be delivered tomorrow. We will see. Delivery was due to be two days ago too

Multiple packages delayed or exception. Latest one delayed or exception for two weeks every day. Now that package is not trackable. Very very poor. FEDEX Ground is a subcontractor- not FEDEX. Read the info on the outside of the truck behind the driver and passenger door. DOT sticker shows who it is. Its not FEDEX. I am not sure FEDEX corp knows how bad it is. Had one package that was on the truck every day for 3 weeks. FEDEX needs to look into why their subs are not do the job for FEDEX.

Terrible!Contract driver for FedEx ground had package received by February 20,2023, from twins burg, Ohio. Never received package, called FedEx multiple times . March 2,2023 talked to johnathan who looked at my tracking scans-weather reason for not delivering. February 20 to March 2 is how many days? One day of snow only. Don’t trust FedEx to deliver my husband’s medical supplies. We ended up driving to Madison east side and pickup in person. FedEx guy tells me he is not authorized to track packages. So you can pass the blame on contractor AO-authorized officer. Contractor driver whipped the fin____ at me twice when leaving. All I’m getting his talk. So sad this is what shipping here has come to. Medical supplies is important and person could die. Looking for another carrier! Unacceptable-1 star service

If I could, I would give them no stars they really suck at their jobs. They miss label stuff they don't deliver when was supposed to and they deliver it a week or two late you can never get a hold of anyone and their drivers don't know how to follow instructions I hate this company they're the worst Shipment company out there. UPS is way better.

Fed ex is incompetent and has missed the golden rule, to over deliver and underpromise. Fed ex has been holding a critical package for 4 days less than 15 minutes from my location. Their customer service is non existent and reroutes to non English speakers who hang up as frequently as their useless automated system. I paid 70 dollars to have this shipped and now I won't have the car parts i need so I will be able to make to work by Monday. 4 days In a row I was told it was on the way only to be told it never left the facility despite announcing I should expect the delivery!! If you need something in any sort if time frame stay far away from fed ex. Or set your expectations very very very low.

Showed 4 hours early got unloaded fast!! The people I encountered were really friendly. They are great people. Will definitely go back!!
