Graduate by Hilton Madison is centrally located at the heart of the UW Madison campus, offering excellent downtown walkability. The vibe is loved by guests, with very good, clean rooms. The exceptional, phenomenal, and friendly staff receives the biggest compliments for being welcoming, polite, and helpful, with service that exceeds every expectation. The hotel features a coffee shop in the building and a bar on the 7th floor that is excellent and better than expected. Valet parking is extremely efficient and professional. While generally positive, one guest unfortunately encountered bedbugs in a room, which the staff addressed promptly with a room change, refund, and exterminators. The location is good for visiting Madison and UW Madison, close to restaurants and the Memorial Union, though it might be slightly more pricey than hotels outside of downtown.
Love the vibe of this place, the staff is friendly, rooms are clean and it is centrally located to so many convenient places!

I guess supposed to be 50's themed. Room was clean. Close by restaurants. Middle of University of Wisconsin. Coffee shop in hotel could use some improvements with the drinks. Bar on 7th floor was better than I was expecting. Would I stay again, probably.
