The Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a very nice hotel in an excellent and convenient location. It is close to all downtown Madison attractions, restaurants, bars, shops, the lake, and the Capitol Building, which is just steps away. The hotel is connected to the Monona Community Terrace overlooking Lake Monona and offers beautiful lake views. The property has been remodeled and is well-maintained and immaculate. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-designed, though some are a little dated or old, with noisy air conditioning units and tubs instead of walk-in showers. The hotel offers a functional gym, a tiny pool, and a nice hot tub. The on-site restaurant, The Audrey, has great breakfast selections and surprisingly decent late dinner, with excellent service. The Executive Club also serves a great breakfast. Service is top notch and attentive, with helpful front desk staff. The hotel provides paid on-site parking. Some guests note an excessive price and mention missed room service. Overall, it is a wonderfully run property in a quiet part of town.
Great stay overall. Parking was easy and felt very safe. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent perfect for walking around downtown Madison. I would definitely stay here again.

The people who work here are very nice. It's a nice hotel. But the only microwave is at the front desk. So if you want to heat up some food you have to ask them to do it at the front desk and it's embarrassing
