Went in and the sales man was very helpful. Walked out with a blind order of 2500. Two more sales men helped me get two Kohler toilet down and loaded in car. The whole experience was pleasant, and highly recommended store.

Couldn't get anyone to pay us attention until I went and stood by their desk near appliances. I know everyone is overworked, but you still have to give some priority to the folks showing up in house, the 4 stars would be 3 if not for that consideration.
