As an employ of 18 years, I have felt comfortable with a key component in Home Depot training, "Do the right thing". It guides me during interactions with customers.
No customer service!! No one to check us out!! We will not be back! I will not spend money at a store and not get a minimum of service!!
I am getting more and more frustrated with the customer service at Home Depot. Somehow a lot of the employees see it that they are doing you a favor when the assist you. The I don't really care mentality is in full force.
I wanted to install Stanley garage door opener in my garage. I called HD to do the installation. Unlike others they didnt wasted my time and did the job almost without delay. If you are looking for good services, I will recommend Home Depot.
