Best customer service in Madison ,went there on the coldest day of January 2024, store is nicely setup ,lot of items to chose from , got shoes from this place , Christian and all the sales reps did a great job. Highly reccomend this place.

Update: I have to give credit where credit is due. While the customer service rep on the phone offered no apologies, LL Bean's executives did. They contact me the day after Christmas with a sincere apology and they have worked to make it right. They were able to find the item I wanted and are sending it overnight along with a refund. I suppose that things do happen which are out of the control by any company but as long as they apologize and attempt to make things right then they are a company worth supporting.
I ordered a gift in the beginning of December. I realized this week that it had not arrived. Upon tracking the package I noticed that the last update was 8 days ago on the shipping. I contacted L.L. Bean and their response was basically too bad, they could send me a new pair in March. March! No apologies for not contacting me about the package being lost. All of these items in the style I wanted are, of course, out of stock everywhere or will be delivered way past Christmas. If you are thinking of buying an item from L.L. Bean and it needs to arrive by a specific date, I wouldn't trust them.
