“We arrived on a Friday afternoon, after some discussion, we decided on two flights each with four different wines. We sampled a white from Greece which was earthy & delicious. We each had an orange wine to try, one from Spain & the other from the US. Neither of them were something we favored. A Rosè from Austria was light, with floral notes and very refreshing on a warm summer day. Both reds, one from France and the other from US were blends and also very delicious.
Table Wine is in the Atwood area, a great neighborhood to explore. They have a nice selection of wines for purchase along with snacks. There’s a great relaxing patio outside or you can sit indoors at cute cafe tables.”
“Best prices around on the West side of Madison. The only price competition in my driving world is Costco in Middleton. Sometimes the pumps are so busy that customers are lined up trying to guess which one will open first, but that wait is worth it.

Excellent selection of fruits and also meat. The pricing is higher, the they do get the top selections for fruit and you pay for that.”

“Woodman’s Food Market offers a wide variety of products, making it a great place for grocery shopping. The fruits and vegetables section stands out, as it is cheaper and has a larger collection compared to other stores. However, the egg selection is limited and slightly more expensive than other places.
One downside is that there is no dedicated halal meat section, and the fish selection is also limited. Despite this, the store’s huge space makes shopping enjoyable, as you never feel cramped or rushed.
The store operates 24/7, but after 9 or 10 PM, only self-checkout counters are available, with minimal staff present to assist. So, if you prefer staffed checkout, it’s best to visit earlier. During the daytime, the store is quite busy, making shopping a bit challenging due to the number of carts in motion. However, evening hours are much quieter and more comfortable for shopping.
There is ample parking space, which is a plus. One minor issue is that the app’s product recommendations don’t always match what’s available on the shelves.
Overall, Woodman’s is a great choice for fresh produce at reasonable prices, but if you’re looking for halal meat or a wide fish selection, you might need to look elsewhere.”
“Love Rocky’s. Fabulous selection of booze from wine to vodka to bourbon. Often a great place to find rate bottles. Check the display case, you’ll be impressed. Counter staff are always friendly, you can often find the owners working and you’ll love them.”

“I have a built a relationship with the owner since they first opened and he has always been kind to help me out finding rare products. I don’t get mad if I am not able to get rare stuff that gets in since he has plenty of other loyal customers to help out.I have been in the store and have watched bourbon hunters ask for Blanton’s, Eagle Rare, etc. with no luck and just leave. That is not the way to do it. People can go to Woodman’s, Total Wine, other grocery stores for their goods if they want something cheaper, but it pays to support local stores especially if you’re on the hunt for rare bourbon.Don’t be mad that you didn’t get a bottle of Blanton’s because you stop in the store and ask for it and then leave immediately.”
“This place is wonderful! Easy place to shop, in and out and on your way. Noticed someone else had issues with an out of state Id, I've never had issues with my Missouri ID. Their staff has seemed to always be knowledgeable enough and is pretty straightforward about what they do and don't know more about. Go Badgers!”
“The workers here are all well proved long time employees. They remember your name here. No coffee and no gas otherwise it's a Kwik trip. For those who have not caught on to the "you need to quit" motion. There is lotto, lots of alcohol options and of course very nice cigars in a humidor. Plus all possible smoking needs. “This place has great oils, balsamic vinegar’s and liquor’s from all around the world. We were able to sample all different things and the staff were very nice and helpful. I recommend going here if looking for something specific or trying something new! They also have cooking classes that you can take! We did not do the cooking class but it looks like a lot of fun and they have a great space for it!”
