I can't get a straight answer from them about my invoice or what service it covers.

Zero stars, they send bills, threaten collection. Do not file insurance claims and the phone number goes right to voicemail. Clearly a scam.

Much like all the other reviews, I started getting harassed by debt collectors about a bill I never received, the invoice never showed up in mychart either. Why not just email or call to tell me there is a bill instead of sending a debt collector after me??
