Mahen's Liquor is a small store with a reasonable selection, though most liquor is a few dollars more than elsewhere. They have a few allocated bottles but pricing is on the high end. The store itself is good and the manager is very friendly and full of great information. However, it is not always open until 9pm, sometimes closing earlier. There is also a serious concern about personal information security related to the shared building.

This place was a no for me. It's over priced and the employee that checked us out was nothing short of rude.

This is a great liquor store and the manager was very friendly full of great information!! She said they have 4 other locations around Madison that have more options, but I never thought this was place was lacking. I highly recommend.
