The employees here were so helpful and kind, two different employees helped me carry everything out to my car, bring the out the ice, and load it into my car. So, so appreciated, and I would have felt bad asking for any help, so I appreciated that they offered to help!”
“This is a boutique grocery store with exotic items. There was a variety of alcohols, cheese etc. They have a food counter as well. I ordered Friday special beer battered fish and philly cheese steak sandwich. Both was excellent. Especially the fish fry, I regret taking only 2 pieces. I should have gone for 3 pieces. This is the best fish fry I had. I cannot believe it came from a grocery store. And the prices were quiet reasonable as well. Pear cranberry fangipane tart from bakery was excellent. Almone croissant was good as well. Garlic & herb cheese was a very flavorful sandwich spread. I tried the purple door whiskey flavored ice cream. It was ok.”

I had never been there before, but messaged them to see if they had any left and without hesitation they held a bottle for me. Their display of it was immediately inside the front door. No hiding, no games, nice staff, great pricing. I’ll be back.”
“I've done the order pick-up many times here and each time, I'm not waiting long, the order is correct, and the nice employee unlocks the door by the pick-up desk so you don't have to walk around to the door by the checkout lanes to get out again. If you don't order pick-up for the same day, getting the order together is listed as free on the website, though I've found that whenever I order a day or two out, it's been ready the same day anyway. They have some hard-to-find types of non-alcoholic beer with a reliable website showing what's in stock, and the ginger beer I can find elsewhere is less expensive here. I hope the employees here get a bonus, they are doing great.”

“This was my first time at this store and I must say it was very enjoyable. The staff (especially Billy) were all very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I was provided samples of anything I desired and given other samples to compare against the choices I was interested in.Not only do they have oils and vinegars, but they also carry a huge assortment of liquor and whiskey. Additionally, they offer dinner events and cooking classes to experience the uses of many of the products they carry.Although this was a first time visit, there will be many more in the future.”

The beers are ever rotating and they even get rare offerings from breweries all over the country. Their outdoor patios (front and back) are a plus to enjoy a beer al fresco. Bonus: the bar is dog friendly and well-behaved pups are encouraged to tag along, so no stressing about leaving Fido at home when you want a beer in the heat of summer or the dead of winter.”

“I have a built a relationship with the owner since they first opened and he has always been kind to help me out finding rare products. I don’t get mad if I am not able to get rare stuff that gets in since he has plenty of other loyal customers to help out.I have been in the store and have watched bourbon hunters ask for Blanton’s, Eagle Rare, etc. with no luck and just leave. That is not the way to do it. People can go to Woodman’s, Total Wine, other grocery stores for their goods if they want something cheaper, but it pays to support local stores especially if you’re on the hunt for rare bourbon.Don’t be mad that you didn’t get a bottle of Blanton’s because you stop in the store and ask for it and then leave immediately.”
