I appreciate that if our agent isn’t available, someone else is able to speak with us on behalf of our policy. Also, they make time to call us back or schedule an appointment to see us to address concerns. We stay with Neckerman because they regularly ensure we’re getting the most coverage at the best value.

I was a client with neckermin agency for many years beginning in the 1960s. I was lured away once by lower (intrductory) rates. I hated dealing with unknown people in unknown locations for claims, changes in coverage and information. I went back with Neckerman where I have a local agent who works for me through the agency and not for the insurance company. I have a choice of companies and a representative who knows me by name. This is called service.

I have always felt that Neckermann would be there when I needed them. Over the years they have always responding quickly to my inquiries and needs. Awhile back strong hail storms came through my area of town. The damage to roofs was extensive. I called Neckermann and within a few days had been inspected and had a check to cover new roofing within a week. Many of my neighbors had to fight for months to get the same response.

These people really care about what they do! I recently bought a house and needed homeowners insurance. I first spoke to Randy and he did a great job of explaining all the finer details of what I need to be fully covered. The customer service and respect he showed me was outstanding! I now have my car insurance through Neckerman, as well. I highly recommend Neckerman for all your insurance needs. These people do it right!

Everyone I've contacted at the agency has been very friendly and prompt to address my questions. Monica, the agent for my account, is very knowledgeable on policy specifics and has been so helpful to be sure my home and auto coverages are proper and adequate, but never has tried to over-sell.I initially came to Neckerman from another top-rated insurance company after that agent failed to keep his clients updated on policy changes which resulted in several clients being cancelled, including me. Neckerman, and Monica, have proved to be just the opposite -- regular emails and other correspondence is amazing and helpful!Lastly, I must add that I do periodical price comparisons with other reputable insurers, comparing policies as similar as possible, and Neckerman has them beat for coverage and price. Thank you!!!
