When this company was Neckerman they were amazing. Since being bought by McClone the customer service and care is non-existent. I was a 15 year client.

I appreciate that if our agent isn’t available, someone else is able to speak with us on behalf of our policy. Also, they make time to call us back or schedule an appointment to see us to address concerns. We stay with Neckerman because they regularly ensure we’re getting the most coverage at the best value.
