“The manager here is great-Available when needed and super helpful and friendly. The property is clean and well maintained outside as well as the inside building for climate controlled units. The unit stayed dry and I could not be happier with this facility. Great location also!

“Easy to deliver. Usual wait time for sleeper trucks with 53ft trailers might be up to an hour cause they use only dock 5 for those loads. But if you are at 8am here, you ll be easily by 9, 9 30am out.”
“I rented a Large storage unit while I was moving my business it was a great location right off hwy 51 and cottage grove road. It is well lit with 24/7 access. The people were very friendly and made my first rental experience very easy.”

“Upack made my 876 mile move nearly stress free. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and the drivers were both helpful and nice. My stuff arrived when I was told it would and in the shape in which I loaded the trailer. It would have cost the same amount for me to rent a Uhaul and tow my vehicle behind it. Upack's service made it much easier.”

They took great care of our items and went above and beyond in customer service. They had a positive attitude even though they had to move furniture up steep stairs in an old farmhouse!
