“The service writer was professional, as well as the techs. I came in with an emissions problem, and there they would have had me out within a few hours, however the part needed wasn't in stock, but they had it the next morning and I was in & out within an hour and a half. The truck now runs like it's new again. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Madison area.”

“First time renting a machine from Fabick and overall I’m very happy with the experience. While I had some issues with the original sales rep on my account, Joe Ott stepped in and took care of everything. I felt like I had been overcharged for a rental, and Joe came in and made it right, refunding me MORE than the amount in question. They were easy to work with and coordinate (unlike sunbelt), had reasonable rental and delivery rates, and have top notch equipment. Because the machine I wanted was not available, they gave me a FREE upgrade to the next size up. This business obviously cares about its customers, and is a place that deserves your business. “Great experience from start to finish renting from them, which was somewhat unexpected because I was trying to rent from a different location that didn't have what I needed in terms of a cargo van rental.....I was particularly grateful for the call I got to coordinate some finer details to my reservation to ensure I'd be able to pick-up the vehicle before they actually opened. “The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in spite of my rental being on a Sunday. While the truck was an older unit, it had over 150,000 miles, it worked great and we were able to get our move done without any issues. I have used this facility before and will rent with them again when I need a moving truck.”
“After losing a trailer tire in the 110 deg Mojave Desert and another on the Colorado Rocky Mountain pass, I never expected the wheel bearing to go next... nearly losing a wheel on a loaded trailer can take a toll on a traveler. The fix for frayed nerves was the TOP-NOTCH treatment and truly QUALITY service we received from everyone at EAST MADISON U-HAUL & STORAGE. From the time the tow truck dropped us off until closing time this crew accomplished the impossible. They stayed open late just to make sure were taken care of. When corporate permissions for switching / upgrading trailers got complex....their Regional Manager, Val actually came back in after hours to help make it happen. Wayne was a huge help too. After closing up the shop, he returned later to check on us offered to help transfer things to the new trailer....even told us where we could go to get some muscle if things got to heavy for me & my 73year old co-pilot. It’s just really nice and a little shocking to get such thorough service from beginning to end. Thanks guys for making sure we got home on time and safe. You truly are the best, U-HAUL should be proud and is a definitely a better organization because of people like you.”

“I think a lot of the issues that people have with Budget are not the fault of this location. The corporate phone numbers and support are worthless, but again, that's not the fault of the people at this location.I was originally charged an extra day for my rental and after calling the corporate customer support number four different times, I found that they were all helpless. So, I called this location (where I dropped my truck off) and the kind person who answered solved my problem within five minutes.Would've been five stars if I wasn't charged the extra day, but they were very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly, so 4/5.”
