Donovan and Nolan both deserve a raise!!! Nolan, deserves a promotion, he went out of his way to physically find the part in their store!! Really saved the day, as we had driven a good distance to pick up the part.

I visited this O'Reilly to get a new battery and was lacking a couple tools to change my battery out in the parking lot. The guys working the register were busy with other customers but another employee named Orson, got some tools and helped me get the battery changed out. He didn't have to do that and I appreciated it.
