“I would definitely return here in the future! After my car was hit, Lynch Auto Body replaced my bumper and trunk lift gate. The back side of my car looks so shiny and new now, and they even painted over a couple of dents and scratches on other areas of my car. I got my car back all clean, inside and out! “We recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe from Zimbrick Eastside and had a great experience. We worked with Jess, our Sales Consultant, Patrick, the Sales Manager, and Bob, our Finance Manager. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
We went back to Zimbrick because of their reputation in the community and their no-pressure approach. This was our second vehicle purchase from Zimbrick, at two different dealerships, and the experience was consistently excellent. It really feels like that approach is part of their culture.
The whole process was casual and comfortable. We felt we received a fair deal on our trade-in and a fair price on our new vehicle. Jess even followed up a couple of days later to make sure we didn’t have any questions and to see if there was anything she could help with.

“I've gone to Rory a handful of times for work on my car. Him and his team do really great work. My car has a really particular red and the first time he worked on it, the paint was wrong but he immediately fixed it and actually ended up changing his paint supplier because of that experience.
This most recent work he did on my car after I got in an accident was also a great experience. He went above and beyond and was transparent throughout the entire process.”
“Overall, Sparkle Auto Body is a no-muss, no-fuss kind of place that did the work very well for the right price.
My damage was purely cosmetic, but the scratches were deep, extensive and hit multiple panels alongside a huge dent in the car door. Sparkle was highly recommended by people around me and my insurance company. They worked very well and efficiently with my insurance company- one estimate was all that was needed and was accepted immediately. Even with insurance paying for most of it, the price seemed appropriate for the amount of work and parts.
I was able to get an idea of a time/cost estimate by driving right up, no appointment needed. We looked at the car outside together for about 10 minutes, and the manager was able to give me a good idea of what the time/price estimate would be. I had to schedule an appointment further out, but that just reflects how popular they are - for good reason.
The work itself was completed ahead of time. The work was limited to what actually needed fixing, not taking the entire car apart like some places do just to fix a surface scratch. They even took care of some other odds and ends scratches on my car besides the main damage, which was hugely appreciated. They had creative problem solving. When one of my car parts was no longer sold, they found a similar part in another color and just spray painted it to flawlessly match.
They also did a great job cleaning and detailing the car before I picked it up. Checkout was extremely fast and efficient, too. Everyone I spoke to was polite and to the point- that good ol' no-muss, no-fuss I mentioned.

“I had a genuinely fantastic experience here. I came in for an interview-person estimate, then went to shop around at a couple other body shops that morning to compare. Rodell Auto was by far the most honest, non-judgmental, and realistic quote. They listened to me and did not try to scare me into fixes beyond what I communicated I wanted. Then, they were able to get my car in and get it repaired within the same day. Such a fast turnaround, really good customer service overall! Will be recommending over other establishments for sure.”
“I didn’t have an appointment but the service guys were welcoming (particularly Neil) was so polite and kind. They were able to help me get a loaner vehicle, for the short time my car was there and they communicated well from the very beginning! Definitely recommend coming here for service! Prices seemed very fair as well. There were some non urgent things I’m going to get other quotes for but from what I’m seeing they offer very reasonable prices!”
