No good customer service at all. Fish look sick. I walked out the store after 15 minutes of not being able to get help. The live fish and the tanks they are in are nasty looking. Some fish dead. Fish looked stressed. I used to love this location.

Through the years PetSmart has had a very bad reputation as far as abusing pets having pets die for no apparent good reason at all. You need to watch who you hire when getting groomers for peoples pets. I have put in complaints in the past for a groomer that couldn’t even pick up my toy dog to walk two steps before picking the dog up to cut nails. Unbelievable that they would rather walk the dog through all the dog hair and fleas in hope of causing a flea infestation to your pet and then later having to fog your home for fleas because their demeanor was rotten as hell that day. We had the paper work and all the adoption stuff filled out, we drive over an hour to get here and they lost all the keys to the cages. Extremely unprofessional I won't be shopping here again. On top of this we brought Sammie home(our new cat) and he's covered in flea eggs. Not to be rude but this is unacceptable from a place that claims to live animals.

Working in customer service, I always try my best to leave good reviews when I receive great service! Most people only like to mention the negatives so I want to point out the positives too! I went there tonight (7-1-24) around 6:30pm and they only had two staff members on their floor with long lines on both registers. Being short staffed is a huge issue right now for all businesses, but they were able to maintain great customer service, get everything done as quickly as possible and still keep a smile on their face through the crazy rush! Props to everyone that was working tonight! You guys are awesome!

We normally have great experiences here, so this took us a little by surprise. We bought a sliding glass pet door at full price ($200+) today and upon attempting to set it up we found that several important pieces were missing, such as 21 screws instead of the required 28 screws, the foam adhesive weathering strip was already used, and other plastic inserts. The small pieces were in a gallon ziplock bag. There were dog nose marks on the inside of the pet door and a muddy paw print on the flap. This was obviously a return that was not checked at all. Double check all your purchases here to make sure that you are not paying full price for a partial product.
**update**
Staff was very helpful with the return process and apologetic for this happening. They handled the return with no issue, and were extremely professional the whole time. I would still question the store policy of selling used products at full price.

I frequent this persmart due to the friendliness of the staff. The east side is far dirtier than the west location. The west location keeps their cages and tanks much cleaner. The staff at this location is always more than willing to help with any questions you may have. Definitely worth a stop for pet supplies or even a new pet!

I stopped by today to get a beta fish for my daughter and Harlo was the most knowledgeable person/salesperson I have ever met while in a pet store. Harlo was helpful and honest with the recommendations provided. I walked out with everything I needed to set up a safe and healthy environment for our new fish Rainbow! With so many pet stores to choose from, I really can’t see myself going anywhere else now for my aquarium needs.

If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I do not recommend grooming at Petsmart. They shaved my dogs body and legs, but left his face and neck. They wouldn’t give me an exact reason as to why. Very frustrating and don’t recommend coming here for a grooming.

Nail trims go so smoothly. We travel 45 min to the store because it's a stress free experience for our dogs.

Edit: From 5 ? down to 1 ?. Last time we had him in he was cut a little short, he looked good. That is until my wife just tried to take him for his next grooming and was refused because they "didn't want to be responsible for the scab around his eye." This being something that hadn't fully healed and grew out of a cut from his last grooming HERE...
My dog fricking loves when he gets to go for grooming. He is a bougie little 14 year old Cairn Terrier than gets so excited to have "spa time" there.
