The 20x10 I rented was clean and remained dry throughout. Centrally located to truck rentals and highways, but off the beaten path so I felt my items were safe. “Easy to deliver. Usual wait time for sleeper trucks with 53ft trailers might be up to an hour cause they use only dock 5 for those loads. But if you are at 8am here, you ll be easily by 9, 9 30am out.”

“Our student needed very short term storage between lease terms. I called with only a few days notice, and Mark was able to set me up with a space over the phone. Right size, fair price, short term (one calendar month only), and we scheduled time to pick up key. When I picked up key, he took time to show me how to use the lock mechanism. Unit was very clean, and easy to access. Returned key in person, but he has mail drop in case he's not there. Would definitely use again. Security deposit returned within a week or so. Note the office and storage facility are at different locations.”

Due to scheduling issues m, I've had to change my mood in 3 times, and all three times, they accommodated for me and helped me in every possible ways.”
“After losing a trailer tire in the 110 deg Mojave Desert and another on the Colorado Rocky Mountain pass, I never expected the wheel bearing to go next... nearly losing a wheel on a loaded trailer can take a toll on a traveler. The fix for frayed nerves was the TOP-NOTCH treatment and truly QUALITY service we received from everyone at EAST MADISON U-HAUL & STORAGE. From the time the tow truck dropped us off until closing time this crew accomplished the impossible. They stayed open late just to make sure were taken care of. When corporate permissions for switching / upgrading trailers got complex....their Regional Manager, Val actually came back in after hours to help make it happen. Wayne was a huge help too. After closing up the shop, he returned later to check on us offered to help transfer things to the new trailer....even told us where we could go to get some muscle if things got to heavy for me & my 73year old co-pilot. It’s just really nice and a little shocking to get such thorough service from beginning to end. Thanks guys for making sure we got home on time and safe. You truly are the best, U-HAUL should be proud and is a definitely a better organization because of people like you.”
“place is well maintained. units are priced fair and clean. well lit and gated dont get no better than this place. the only downfall i can find is not climate controlled. over all i highly recommend units here.p.s there is a dog boarding next door to it.”
