I came into the store on Friday night. And I have a ray review for Aquila S. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. And she understood my situation. Very personable. She got me exactly what I needed and I’m so thankful that ticket to work with her on getting a new line with a new number. I definitely will be coming back to this store hopefully I get to work with her again. She is an amazing person, and I recommend anyone that needs to talk about a mobile device work with her

Mediocre internet, decent staff, doing their best in a late stage capitalist clown show but the customer experience is awful because of grotesque corporate choices. Terrible trash tv everywhere & tiresome pop music. No I don’t want to give my phone number, email, and get texts from you while in the store. It’s not “cool” it’s creepy. No your equipment doesn’t look like a spaceship just say router & modem. Make it a worker owned collective your brand choices are horrid.

I needed to switch over to spectrum carrier and wanted a new phone. Despite it almost being their time to close, Aquila made the process easy and simple for us. Friendly staff!

Spectrum as a whole has atrocious customer service then you go to this store in the middle of the day and the line is a mile long and there's only two staff helping customers

One of the worst customer service experiences a store can offer. Not is the place completely understaffed, it isn’t even accommodating to its customers. Had to wait 30 minutes just to return my cable box. In addition, I had to help a gentleman navigate the “queue” device located at the entrance because no store workers were available to help him, they just shout at you to sign in as you enter, which isn’t intuitive to everyone especially older folks. It’s no wonder I’m leaving spectrum, and I will never come back even if there aren’t any cable internet providers available. Look for 5G at home everyone, it can be cheaper and just as good!
