It is a great spot for kayaking, fishing, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and ice skating with rentals available. There is a beach, lots of parking, and it is dog friendly and people friendly. It is a great date spot and a sweet place for a late night walk, offering amazing photo opportunities during sunrise, sunset, and events like the aurora borealis.
