Tenney Park is a very nice and pretty large park in Madison, offering a variety of activities for different ages. It is a beautiful and scenic location with a long pier, a smooth walking track, and well-maintained trails good for a short run or a walk. The park boasts a variety of plants and trees, plenty of shaded spots, benches, and places to sit and relax. It is a great spot for kayaking, fishing, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and ice skating with rentals available. There is a beach, lots of parking, and it is dog friendly and people friendly. It is a great date spot and a sweet place for a late night walk, offering amazing photo opportunities during sunrise, sunset, and events like the aurora borealis. This special place brings inner peace.
One of the greatest places to ice skate. Rentals available makes it easy. We've rented this venue for organization events. - Tables easy to pull out and put away. Such a beautiful location!!
