“This has got to be one of, if not, THE best smoke shop in Madison. I’m a semi-regular and the staff are such consistently brilliantly knowledgeable and friendly. They’re helpful, welcoming and hard working. I've honestly never had a negative experience here at the west location off of University.Their products are great, their promotions are fantastic, but above all else, their staff are just beyond phenomenal. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty ❤️”

“All of the people that work here are very nice and friendly. They have the best selection of now n laters in Madison... The only complaint I have.. No cans of cherry coke. Only Pepsi. Also have a decent cbd selection, and I noticed the last time I was in they had hemp cigarettes by the pack. Also, cheaper than Walgreens.”

“I can tell anyone looking for a vape store to make it their personal go-to vape store and smoke shop. The customers service is always really good.The staff all seem more like Friends and I think it’s because the people like working there so it shows because they’ll help you and carry ion a conversation with you while helping you!”
“I've done the order pick-up many times here and each time, I'm not waiting long, the order is correct, and the nice employee unlocks the door by the pick-up desk so you don't have to walk around to the door by the checkout lanes to get out again. If you don't order pick-up for the same day, getting the order together is listed as free on the website, though I've found that whenever I order a day or two out, it's been ready the same day anyway. They have some hard-to-find types of non-alcoholic beer with a reliable website showing what's in stock, and the ginger beer I can find elsewhere is less expensive here. I hope the employees here get a bonus, they are doing great.”
