“Today my Jeep had a belt tensioner bearing lock up and throw the serpentine belt as I was driving on the beltline. Luckily it happened right before Verona Road exit. The vehicle managed to make it to this repair shop. The guys at the shop got me right in, had the new part delivered, and had my car back on the road in about 90 minutes. And all at a very fair price. I highly recommend these guys. GJ”

Somehow, there weren't any issues after the toe - but, as part of the cooling inspection, they checked everything. Spent the better part of the day testing every component of the cooling system. A disreputable mechanic would have made something up to get money back for the time - not here. Honest and dependable service.”

“After driving up from Florida, we found ourselves with a truck that wouldn't start. Our daughter, who lives in Madison, referred McDermott's. They quickly diagnosed the problem (starter), and had it repaired by the following day. Their communication was excellent, they were up-front that other customers who had appointments were prioritized (which I respected), their prices were fair, and their work done before their estimated time. “Straight forward approach with honesty in regards to extending the life of my car as long as I can. As someone who only drives a 2500-3000 miles a year, I only do one oil change annually. I came in with the intention of doing an oil change and addressing my concern with a rattle/squealing in the front end which turned out to be a bad water pump. After a simple explanation of what the end game could be if I didn't take care of it, my decision to replace was that much easier. My car sounds and runs good as now, I just have to take the advice and drive it just a little bit more. Dutch's is definitely my new shop, and especially since it's only a few miles from home.”
“I had struts, shocks and front disk brakes replaced on my automobile in April. Car no longer feels like I'm driving on cobblestones and the brakes are fine. My car was in the shop a day after I made the appointment. The mechanics were friendly and provided clear explanations, including the possibility that a sway bar might have to be replaced (it wasn't). Anyway, 5 stars.”

“My wife’s car broke down while heading to the hospital for my son’s procedure. We panicked and didn’t know what to do, and called Genin’s to see what they could do. I explained my situation to the ladies in the office and they told me just bring it down and they’ll do everything they can to get me back on the road yet later the same day. They gave me a loaner car so I could be with my wife during my son’s surgery. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed with everything they did for me. Thank you again!”
