We were told we needed a full brake job and new tires. After getting a second opinion from Hansens, it turns out this isn’t quite the urgent need we were told it was. I am grateful for the honesty and transparency! When we do need this work done, I’ll be returning to Hansens!

Traveling through Madison and had car troubles so I stopped in and talked with Tyler, he determined my water pump went out but couldn’t fit us in as they were already swamped but he went above and beyond and called 3 different shops to try to get me in and back on the road asap. Very helpful and nice guy! Highly recommend!!
