I will be coming to this store from now on. Customer service was very helpful and polite. Stress free and got the job done quick and easy for my package. Shout out to Mark for helping me and going above and beyond. If you’re in Madison, this should be the only UPS store you go to 10/10

The owner off this store is rude, disrespectful, and mean. Tried to pick up a package for my daughter that was hospitalized and would not release even with the same last name. So done with ups!

Their customer service went above and beyond! Kudos to Shannon! We needed to overnight our son's passport and it somehow got stuck in Kentucky and wasn't going to make it at said day/time. We spoke we Shannon several times and she PERSONALLY tracked the passport, made multiple calls to the other UPS sites and helped my son connect with the UPS driver to pick up the passport mid-transit and make it to the airport on time. None of this was her error or her responsibility to track but she was very caring and followed through for us. This is now our one and only UPS store!

I was instructed to bring my box to the store open. Then they wanted to charge me $2 to close the box with packing tape instore.

Love my local UPS Store - I appreciate the dedicated parking and they make Amazon returns SO easy with their self serve kiosk! The reps are always so nice and, if they don't have customers, will even offer to help with your Amazon return if you're at a kiosk!

Mark at the UPS store on Odana Rd, Madison was the perfect person for customer service. He helped me over the phone with a very frustrating fingerprint issue. He was very patient and wonderful when things were not going correct at the store for my appointment.

I was having the hardest time with a missing package and John was more than. Helpful he was patient and he did everything to help me. When another lady hung up on me ans was rude John took care of it. I will only be using this store due to his kindness

Horrible customer service. I came in needing asst and there was an assumption I would know what to do. I did not. The associate merely pointed from behind a counter as if I should know how to scan, print, and placey package in the correct bin. Very unprofessional and lazy
