My boyfriend and I went into this ups location #0704 today for finger printing and amazon returns. One of the lovey older ladies with short hair at the desk helped me every step of the way for the finger printing Id give her service 5 stars but unfortunately we can’t go by employees but by the whole store itself. After finishing finger printing my boyfriend and I had brought our amazon returns in starting from our largest to the smallest. Once we returned all others and were on the smallest package it required a box or envelope so I walked over to the wall that had envelopes and grabbed one to walk it over to my boyfriend to see if our item would fit this envelope. Before we could even come to an agreement an ancient decrepit Karen of an employee with white/blonde shoulder length hair runs over to us and started yelling at my boyfriend and I saying “um you can’t just take stuff off the wall!!” “I don’t know what you’re trying to do!!” “You can’t use those that for this transaction!!” “You need to go pay that that right now at the desk” very very very aggressive she had a horrible tone and attitude we tried to explain what we were doing yet she just kept speaking over us. I told her she was being rude and she said “I’m just trying to help” who are you helping by yelling at customers. So I asked for the other employee to help us after I told her she’s being rude and she went to hide in the back till we left.

On January 27th, I went to the Odana Rd UPS store to send a package. I did not have the label printed, and the store had me email the label so they could print it. After a bit of fumbling around, the associate finally was able to get my label (so I thought). He printed a label that happened to be going to the same state as my package, but the wrong label. So my package was sent to the wrong place.Normally, not a problem. It was an item I sold on Mercari, nothing irreplaceable, and things happen. So i called to see what we could do. The staff was helpful that day, but after that, no follow up. I ended up having to call the UPS store corporate office to have them investigate this. They involved the store staff, the Regional Manager, and the owner, and they did nothing but drag their feet, and force the process to go as long as possible, and still no communication. After over a month, and having to keep escalating the issue with the Corporate Office, i was FINALLY reimbursed for the loss today. I will never go back to this location again, nor would I use any UPS store run by Executive Business Group, unless I absolutely have to.You mishandled a package, it happens, but to be as reluctant to correct it as you could be, waiting til the last possible minute to do anything is disgusting. Grow up, and learn some responsibility.

Snarky, rude, unhelpful. Tried to use their services to return an item to UPS… middle-aged woman at the counter would rather be talking politics with a customer than to offer assistance. Hot tip: these stores are a dying breed….. customer service goes a long way.

I very much dislike this store. I only go if I cannot use FedEX or USPS. The people are not pleasant. They also charge $2 for a piece of tape to close your package. Ridiculous.

Rude staff members. I was there yesterday and the gentleman who was helping me just rolled his eyes when I asked him a question about shipping and responded with a blunt, "No" before just walking away muttering under his breath

I came into the UPS store to print a few documents on high-quality cardstock. The staff was amazing. Two staff members not only helped me in a timely manner, but went above and beyond to assist me when the images on my document were not lining up quite right. If I ever need anything professionally printed again, I will come here and ask if Mark is working. 5 stars!

This is the note that was left on my door after the driver attempted to deliver my package so paid an Uber to pick it up the next morning and they told me they didn’t receive it. The note does not say a time just a date. I hate ups!!!!

Had a great experience at this store with a complicated return. The sales associate named Mark was super friendly and helped me with my order while a line queued up during stressful holiday returns. He was able to help me and other customers in an efficient manner to keep the line going without losing his cool.

I came into the store for a return. Johnson I believe is his name was just looking at me in disgust. He calls me up and instantly has an attitude. There’s a mess in the counter and he’s slamming his hand on the counter for me to place my packages. Like you can use you’re words. Secondly he just shouts Post office because one of packages wasn’t supposed to be returned there. So I’m pulling up my phone to give him the QR so we can scan it, and then he snaps his fingers so I can hand him my package that he said I needed to be returned to the post office. You don’t snap your fingers at customers. You said it was for the post office why are you asking to see it again, especially so rudely? If you don’t like interacting with customers don’t work in customer service JOHNSON. Super disappointed I was treated like this. I was so shook I went to my car then came back and asked for his name. As someone who works in customer service this beyond unprofessional.

Nice folks that work efficiently and give me tips at the counter to save money on my shipments. I've been shipping packages for years, and I go out of my way to swing by this place whenever it's time to ship another.
