Steer clear. The sales rep I worked with on an upgrade & add a line never added my promotional deals to my account. After contacting billing & customer service due to egregious bills and no account credits, I eventually dropped to a different service tier to save money while they took “two billing cycles” to update. The last time I contacted billing, I was told there was no record of a request for credit.
I went to the Junction Rd. store, the source of the issue, and was told my account couldn’t be adjusted because I changed my plan.
So, they got my excellent condition trade-in phone (supposed to get $300 for it) for free and I’m now on the hook for the “free” add-a-line phone at $800. So, they screwed me out of $1100 plus taxes and fees.

I wish I would’ve gotten details before switching because the phone I got does not have features that I would need in a phone so explaining it before committing would’ve helped a ton.
Update: I noticed there is no spam protection and I feel like I’m being exposed with the voicemail, it would be nice for unknown callers not to know which carrier I’m with. Unfortunately I’m disappointed.
Update: monthly bill is inaccurate, they had a 3 dollar tax fee every time! Oh and the “credit” I was suppose to have when signing up is non existent.

Had an awesome experience at this store! The staff were super friendly and really helpful. They made everything easy to understand and took the time to make sure I got what I needed. You can tell they actually care about helping people. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything! The whole team are such good vibes

Today was about the 3rd time I was treated rudely and dismissively by a salesperson. Don’t they realizes customers pay their wages? I’m done with going here (a friend was also treated rudely and went elsewhere for service)!

I would post zero stars if I could. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, don't go here. They were arrogant, would not help me with my situation to buy a new phone that would work with Us Cellular or adjust my Internet service. As a customer for 25+ years, I felt like I did not matter at all.

Worst location ever no one speaks when you walk into the store. They are racist and get mad when you ask them for clarifying questions on plans and promotions. I always feel uncomfortable and disrespected when I don’t fell like driving to the corporate store on the east side.

IDIOTS!! Broke internal screen on phone, screen was black! Grabbed a old phone of mine out of my dresser with an outdated gmail password and switched the cards from phones, but due to gmail password being wrong i couldnt use anything updated that was connected to my gmail account even my GPS wouldnt work. US told me all they could do is set me up with a new gmail that everything was a complete loss since it kept sending a code to my broken phone to retrieve my gmail password or to update it.. Since I couldn't see due to screen there was no way to retrieve anything connected to my gmail so pics, emails, nothing.. I then went to Batteries Plus/We Fix It.. He transferred absolutely everything to the working phone in 2 minutes.. You would think a REAL US CELLULAR store in Madison Wi would know more than a 3rd party US Cellular store in Richland Center WI would or a We Fix It store would.. I ALMOST LOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF THEM JUST SO THEY COULD TRY N SELL ME A NEW PHONE AND I TALKED TO 3 DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES THERE

Incredibly unprofessional employees. One of the employees was wearing a 1/4 zip sweater with no shirt underneath, and zipped all the way down. I don’t need to see your bare chest skin and hair sticking out everywhere. Cringe.

0 stars if I could. Today on 8/25/2023 Friday . Me and my partner went to this location to start a phone plan for us, the employee named Ken didn’t really take us seriously discriminated as soon as we walked in , ran my partner’s information for credit information and said our down payment would be 1,200+ dollars for both of us, basically that’s like redeeming that his credit was fraud that Ken redeemed it as, didn’t offer any form of payment plans not even prepaid .He treated us poorly in the end and left without any phone service , don’t come to us cellular if you’re young with little credit history because they’ll turn you away so fast your head will spin

DONT GO TO US Cellular if you're young with hardly any credit history , 22 years old Attempted to get phone service hooked up from this location for 2 lines and was told by Ken that I'd need to pay $1,200 down (why would I get a locked phone for 1,200 for when I can have online exclusive colors and 1tb options for same price outright) I work 50 hours a week and can't even get a working phone

I went to buy a new phone in April, and this gentlemen helped me and told me my monthly payment for the phone line and phone would be $75 dollars a month, after a few months I looked at it and I was paying upwards of $140 a month. Its August right now. I paid $300 more in the past few months without even knowing. The gentleman working there is missing a tooth and is a scammer who literally signed me up for other things I never wanted. That man should be fired and I'm going to call operate as well and complain. I'm going to change my line and tell all my other friends and family to change theirs as well. DON'T BUY A PHONE HERE unless you want to be scammed, then go right ahead.
