We were at the store for quite a while due to short staffing and high customer volume due to US Cellular selling to TMobile. Coby helped our family out and was extremely patient and helpful. He explained things clearly and thoroughly, and made a difficult, lengthy process more simple and straightforward.

Nice store, and the employees were friendly. The manager was very helpful and who I worked with (sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to help me with the issue I was having with my phone. Even multiple employees came and tried to helped and got it working again

I went in because I was having some problems after my phone switched over from US Cellular to TMobile. Josh was very helpful and took the time to solve my problem even though it wasn't a TMobile issue. He was the same person who set me up with my new phone a few months ago and was super pleasant and easy to work with!
