I cant THANK SETH, MAUVE and EMILIANO enough for yesterday! I came in because my snowblower ate my phone- UGH.
The first time I arrived at the store yesterday, another rep was helping me. He was the worst. He was a complete jerk. You could tell he didn't want to be at work- but that's not the Customers fault.
I left pissed. I went to find a phone to start my insurance claim and came back to the store desperately, because in the Medical Field and being on call you need a PHONE! This is when SETH, MAUVE and EMILIANO STEPPED IN. They were calm, as I was a mess. Seth had so many good ideas to get me up and running again. I cant thank you enough you three, for going above and beyond to help me in my panic moment. I hope this reaches your Manager.
For customers... ASK FOR ANY OF THESE THREE WHEN YOU NEED ASSISTANCE at US Cellular on Washington Madison East. They will not disappoint!

Absolutely excellent service! I ordered my phone and called them to help me set it up. Jordy was kind on the phone and was kind and helpful when I got there later.
Top service, and Jordy is excellent at customer service as well as his knowledge in his job. I will be going here instead of Sun Prairie...that's for sure!

Worked with Lizzy and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. She pretended like she didn't know how to do half of the things, just because it wasn't necessarily convenient. She also didn't let me put the activation fee or screen protector on my bill. I had to pay it there. Not happy. I'll go to any other one but east!!

Jojo really understands customers service and listening and fixing other stores mistakes. Helped me out with some accessories as well so now charging stations have a cleaner flow. Definitely be using only this store or columbus wi store in the future as customer service is number 1 in my book!

I went into buy a new phone.1. Once entering store I was hit by a noxious odor. Smelled of gasoline exhaust.2. As I was waiting for CSR, a man was spraying the interior of the store with some kind of spray (which I suspected were chemicals).I asked another CSR if the spray was toxic. He said he would ask the manager. He came back and said it was nontoxic. I didn’t believe him. There were many children and adults breathing in these toxic chemicals!3. I went to seek out a manager. I found a person that at first claimed she was a manager, however, she was not. Just another CSR! I told this person that I talked to a person that said he would check with a manager and he said that the spray that was being sprayed was nontoxic. She said,” I never said that,” in a loud distasteful voice. Then she very immaturely made a face at me!! She claimed she owned the store which doing a little research found out she outright lied again.4. I left and lo and behold I found the truth! I talked to the man that was spraying these toxic chemicals and YES, they were toxic!!5. NEVER EVER GO TO THE STORE LOCATED By EAST TOWNE MALL. THEY SPRAY THE STORE INSIDE WITH TOXIC PESTICIDES THAT CAUSE SERIOUS, SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS TO HUMAN BEINGS, ESPECIALLY TO CHILDREN. ALSO, THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE COMPLETELY DECEITFUL AND HORRIFYINGLY RUDE!!!

Went there for issue with phone, but Daisy took care of the problem and was super nice!
