I regret ever leaving Verizon. We left because of the promotional family plan that was supposed to be such a great deal. After receiving the first bill we realized we had been scammed. I was with Verizon for 20 years and Madison is the biggest city I have lived in within that time frame, yet with US Cellular I get more dropped calls and service than I ever experienced before. I went into the store today to get a screen fixed on one of our phones and were ignored even though we were the only other customers in the store mot being helped. 3 customers at the being helped by 6 associates. Two otherpeople came in and were helped before we were even acknowledged. After waiting 45 minutes an associate came up and handed me a pamphlet with a phone number to call about a claim. I cant wait until my contact is up with this horrible company.

Horrible experience. Lied to when I switched phones and when I tried to reach the store MULTIPLE times during business hours, no one could deign to answer the phone.

It had a bad experience here. The wait time was long. Staff was unfriendly and abusive..Staff was slow and barely accommodating. I felt like that I had to fight my way through the experience just to get the issue straightened out. This location lost a lot of business that day fron how they were handling customers. Staff did not care for feedback.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a service provider. Had to drive to the sun prairie us cellular location to get my device issues solved. While at the East side location I was told GOOGLE was the issue, an that Google pixel devices are notorious for having the issue I was having; I had only spoke to the person for 30seconds before they made the remark that Google is the issue. (Sun prairie location never made that claim while successfully fixing the issue thru quick tech support over the phone). Within 5mins of talking with the east Madison location employees, they had requested to see identification- I produce a temporary I.D. that was issued by the Madison, WI DMV via email... They looked at the email temporary ID an said they cannot move forward with assisting me. Which didn't make sense to me- because earlier that day the Sun Prairie location had zero issue validating my temporary id, nor did they have any issue with moving forward with assisting me.In my opinion, don't waste your time going to the East Side location.While at the sun prairie location, two other customers expressed their distate with the east side location, and the one of the staff members also shared that they were aware of a lot of ppl having problems with the East side Madison store.... (They said it was strange for a corporate location to have such a bad reputation).

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my last few experiences at this store. I was in the market to change phones, and the employees here were very helpful and courteous throughout a somewhat drawn out process (none of it their fault, long story). An employee named Zack was particularly helpful. Over the years I've gone here I've been continually and delightfully surprised by the general manner of the employees - little to no pressuring, trying to find the best fit for me, looking for ways to save me money, etc. Maybe it's just the poor quality of my experiences at other cell phone stores in the past that make this place stand out. In any case, whatever it is you guys are doing, keep it up!

They constantly try to sell you unnecessary products. And their spam app doesn't even work and I pay for the premium package. I still get at least 7 spam calls a day including weekends. I've called and asked if there is a better service to block spam callers and they said no. That the spam callers are always a step ahead. We'll do better. Get better programmers. Make better blocking apps. Just do better. I'm considering canceling.

usually I don't participate on write a comments , but at this time the employees work at this location push me to do it.A couple weeks ago my router fail , I called customer support unsuccessfully they can't fix it. after almost an hour on the phone theirs decided give us a new one at no cost for us , for quick solution they send us to pick-up at the store but we went to this store we never get it, employees or manager don't give us nothing.today I show up at this location again to pay our billinternet services and not even payment you can't here. very disappointed with uscellular.now we are switching to spectrum.

The promotions they advertise are misleading. You can’t get the real cost on the internet, you must go to the store. That’s when you find out the numerous restrictions for each plan and the device trade in. Totally wasted my time.

Recently came in for a new phone. No line, was able to find what I wanted and get the info and stuff switched over relatively quick. Unfortunately after I left the gentleman that helped me took it upon himself to take my number from my account. He texted me to ask me on a date. So incredibly invasive and inappropriate. Did he also take my address social security number and credit card information? Of course I can’t call and complain because if he did he literally has all of my information for retaliation. This is not okay!!!

NIC IS THE DUUDE! so easy and fast!! usually phone stuff is such a pain but that was seriously the easiest experience ive ever had. not intimidating to ask questions to and no bs! the best!! GIVE NIC A RAISE!!! PLEASE!
