I have traveled my dog to various countries and have always received prompt responses through email as well as callbacks. Any questions I have had they have been very quick at responding as well as sending back the documents. They have excellent service and are very nice

Thank you for getting out export done, However after sending a couple emails as well as calling and leaving a phone message no response was ever given, more than likely due to staff shortages.
