“Love this store. I've been to many Harbor Freight stores and this one is near the top for most organized and clean. All the products were faced and prices were legible and understandable. I've seen a lot of product in the wrong places at other locations but this one had very little of that”
“I have a business account and visit the store weekly for years. This new crew in absolutely terrible. No customer service skills. I have let it slide thinking they are just having a bad day, but no such luck. The lady at the front counter should not be working in a customer service position. Very confrontational and unprofessional. I was charged $70 plus dollars for a $2 funnel. the store director had to come down to assist and I shared my experience with her cashier and she had absolutely nothing to say......I will be closing my account and taking my business somewhere else.”
“I don't shop here often, but the few times I have it was a pleasure. I needed an item so my hubby had to pick it up using their locker system. They very nicely helped him with the process since the locker was stuck and he thought he did something wrong.”

“I had an issue with a product that was not part of their normal return/exchange process - the product was dead out of the box - and the manufacturer was not supporting the product or providing Lowe's with an RMA to return the defective product. The corporate and store staff stepped up to the plate to support their customers, and have gone above and beyond to get me a working product. The second one they ordered (to replace the DOA unit) was damaged by the common-carrier shipper, so they ordered a THIRD unit, which has just been delivered, and WORKS! Amazing staff; very friendly and knowledgable, and willing to get issues solved.”
