“I broke my phone. I called at 6pm and had an hour to get a new phone. The lady gave me the claim number. I called the claim specialist. The gentleman took care of that claim quickly when I told him I would like to pick up my phone right away. I called the store back they told me to come in. When I arrived at the store the lady knew what I was there for. Everything went very smoothly after that. Actually it went smoothly with the whole experience. The gentleman there even helped me put my protector shield on. Excellent service cellcom.”

I was just stopping by for a quick check on my account and ended up finding out I qualified for the new home internet wifi! They will even buy my contract out of Xfinity.
