“I won't take my vehicles to anyone else! Best automotive and transmission service in Manitowoc and the rest of NE Wisconsin, hands down! Craig always explains everything clearly, from the service to the cost. He goes above and beyond to get the best deals on the best parts, and he and his team always make sure the job's done right the first time! Excellent work and excellent customer service!”

“Best Mechanics around! Took our vehicle in that needed a lot of work. Our vehicle is running like new with no issues now. They are fast, friendly and very affordable. They also will make sure you know everything that is going on with the vehicle. They go through everything to make sure it's perfect. They also will not try and upcharge on work that doesn't need to be done. They now have a customer for life and won't trust any other mechanic to work on my vehicles. Would give more stars if I was able too”

“I always changed my own oil before and thought I would treat myself and have it done for me. The service was great but it seemed a little expensive. All and all I was satisfied with it. Maybe I can find a good coupon… lol”

“My truck was in a for a few different services over the last year.(Drivetrain fluids, cooler lines and block, and lead frame) They are always honest and straight forward about what was needed and what wasn’t. Very knowledgeable and a lot of experience in the company.”

“Victoria, Anthony, and Jayden were all great today. Service here is always fantastic and I’ve now taken three different vehicles to this location over the years and have always had a positive experience. Staff is helpful and informative without being overly pushy and I appreciate that kind of “balance” when it comes to a sales approach. Appreciate you all for taking good care of our vehicles!”

“I highly recommend Satori’s Auto for excellent automobile service and knowledge re: cars and car repair. If there is an issue, they always explain everything to me and answer questions. My current car is the second car they have been servicing for me. It is a very friendly, family owned business. I trust them and have referred others to Satori’s.”
