Craig explained what was wrong and kept me informed how long the repair would take and what it would cost. Drove it to Florida and back without a drip. Thanks for great service.”

“I recently went to NEW to get some work done after our local GM dealer told me it wasn't covered under warranty. I spoke with the owner, I didn't get his name unfortunately. He confirmed what I thought was wrong with my truck. He also told me that before he took my money, that I should call another GM dealer for a second opinion on my warranty. I did, turns out my work WAS covered under warranty. Now this guy didn't do any work for me, but his honesty saved me $400. There's something to be said for working with an honest business. They made a customer for life if I ever need any work done in the future. I respect a business like this. Thank you for your honesty.”

“I was referred to Satori's by a couple of my relatives after the garage I had been going to failed to fix the problem I was having with my truck on multiple occasions. Satori's did find the problem & fixed it. This really pleased me, so I had them fix pretty much everything that needed repair. I couldn't be happier with this decision because Satori's went out of their way to make sure that my truck was running perfect before they gave it back to me. Another big plus is that Satori's has loaner vehicles & provided me with one during the entire time that my truck was in the shop. I really appreciate that they go above & beyond for their customers to make them happy. I definitely will be giving them all of my business in the future. I would give them a 5-star rating.”
