Lately it’s been a nightmare dealing with the loan department they have absolutely no hurry it shouldn’t take multiple days for a out of state loan… they also don’t know how to pull NADa value on vehicles if it’s not a base model car

Online said they were open so I drove an hour to get there. They closed early that day for a party but didn't update their online hours or website. I had a large amount of money to deposit. I will bring it to a different bank now.
