Personnel definitely knew the product. Explained in detail. The only issue i didn't understand was the purchase of my new phone on a monthly payment plan. I wanted to pay for the phone in a lump sum but could not do that and get the promotional price. That's confusing to me.

Andrew was awesome to work with. Very funny and personable to work with. He sold me items that I didn't even know I wanted! It was by far my best trip ever to an AT&T store.
